Abraham Sophia

American reality television baby who was born to Farrah Abraham during the filming of the TV series 16 and Pregnant; Sophias birth was featured in an episode of the show telecast on 8 December 2009. In 2008, her mother, then 17, was selected to appear on the MTV show, 16 and Pregnant, a reality series that aimed to document the lives of pregnant teenagers across the United States. News of her pregnancy caused issues between her and her mother, Debra Danielsen, with Danielsen calling her daughter Farrah a whore and preventing her from obtaining an abortion; being pregnant, Abraham was forced to discontinue her cheerleading. During filming of the series, Sophias father, Derek Underwood, was killed in a car accident on 28 December 2008, two months before her birth. Later in 2009, Farrah and Sophia were cast in the spin-off series Teen Mom, and they appeared in each of its four seasons until its conclusion in 2012.
