Christophe Robert is a French actor who has appeared in over 100 films and television shows. He is best known for his roles in the films **La Grande Vadrouille** (1966), **Le Train** (1964), and **The Unbearable Lightness of Being** (1988).
Robert was born in Marseille, France, on February 22, 1938. He began his acting career in the theater, and made his film debut in the 1961 film **Le Bateau d'Emile**. He went on to appear in a number of popular French films, including **La Grande Vadrouille** (1966), **Le Train** (1964), and **The Unbearable Lightness of Being** (1988).
In addition to his film career, Robert has also appeared in a number of television shows, including **The Inspector Maigret** series and the **Joséphine, Ange Gardien** series. He has also worked as a voice actor, dubbing films and television shows into French.
Robert is married to actress Danièle Delorme, and they have two children. He is a Chevalier of the Ordre National du Mérite and a Commandeur of the Ordre des Arts et des Lettres.
