Biography

Who is Elliot Cass?

American singer, overweight and talented, superstar with the group with "Mamas and the Papas," composed of Elliot, John and Michelle Philipps and Denny Doherty. One of the earliest hippie rock groups, they blended their voices with Elliots soaring contralto in hits such as "Monday, Monday" and California Dreamin" from 1965-1968. With earth-mother warmth, humor and vitality, Elliot also had an immense weight problem, once reaching nearly 300lb. She pursued her career in night-club gigs, TV and tours. In June, 1971, she married. After completing a sold-out two-week engagement at the London Palladium, she died of a heart attack 7/29/1974, London. Link to Wikipedia biography

Public Profile Status: Elliot Cass

I don’t have a verified public-figure profile for a person named “Elliot Cass” in my current dataset. Because I can’t confirm a specific, publicly prominent identity, I won’t list social media handles, contact details, or unverified personal information. However, I can help you locate credible, public sources and then compile a sourced profile once you share verifiable links.

What I can share now

  • No confirmed media, social profiles, or project pages are available to me without additional verification.
  • I can synthesize a concise dossier (news timeline, social links, notable work, interviews) once you provide one or more authoritative public URLs that clearly identify the right person.
  • I will stick strictly to publicly available, non-sensitive information and cite sources you supply.

How to help me find the right person

  • Profession or field (e.g., academic, engineer, artist, entrepreneur, civic leader).
  • Known organizations, employers, schools, or affiliations.
  • Approximate career era or signature projects.
  • Any official website, LinkedIn, GitHub, Google Scholar, ORCID, IMDb, or press link you trust.

News and media checks you can run

  • Search news aggregators: Google News, Bing News, Factiva, or LexisNexis.
  • Try queries combining name + likely context, for example: “Elliot Cass” Baltimore; “Elliot Cass” interview; “Elliot Cass” keynote; “Elliot Cass” award.
  • Filter by time range; scan bylines and outlets; prefer primary sources (official press releases, reputable newspapers, institutional sites).
  • Cross-check quotes and titles across multiple outlets to avoid misattribution with name twins.

Authenticating social media (when you find candidates)

  • Look for platform verification where applicable and consistency of handle across platforms.
  • Check links from an official website or employer bio to social accounts.
  • Review follower graph: colleagues, institutions, or collaborators you recognize.
  • Use reverse image search on profile photos and banner art to confirm provenance.
  • Scrutinize post history for real-world tie-ins (conference photos, talks, project repos).

Recent projects and publications: where to look

  • Academia: Google Scholar, ORCID, ResearchGate, Semantic Scholar, university faculty pages, grant databases.
  • Technology: GitHub/GitLab, package registries (npm, PyPI, CRAN), conference proceedings (ACM, IEEE), issue trackers/release notes.
  • Arts/Media: IMDb, Discogs, ArtNet, film festival programs, gallery or publisher sites.
  • Business/Civic: Company sites, Crunchbase, state corporate registries, SEC EDGAR (US), city council or nonprofit annual reports.
  • Talks/Appearances: Eventbrite, Lanyrd archives, YouTube/Vimeo channels of institutions, conference schedules.

Other publicly available signals

  • Institutional press rooms and newsletters (universities, museums, firms).
  • Professional directories and membership rosters (bar associations, medical boards, guilds).
  • Local newspapers and historical society archives for long-running careers.

Ethical and privacy note

I will only consolidate information that is publicly available and relevant to professional work, avoiding sensitive personal details. If multiple people share the same name, I’ll disambiguate carefully and cite each source.

What to send me to build the profile

  • At least one official homepage or bio page.
  • Links to any confirmed social profiles (LinkedIn, X, Facebook Page, Instagram, YouTube, GitHub, Google Scholar, ORCID, etc.).
  • Links to news articles, interviews, press releases, or conference listings.
  • Any notable project repositories, publications, or portfolios.
