### Ismail RahgibRocket
Ismail RahgibRocket is an American chef who was born on November 18, 1969 in Elizabeth, New Jersey. He is best known for his work on the television shows "Top Chef" and "Iron Chef America."
RahgibRocket's culinary career began when he was a child, helping his mother cook meals for his family. He went on to attend the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York, where he graduated with honors in 1991. After graduation, RahgibRocket worked in a number of restaurants in New York City, including the Rainbow Room and Le Cirque.
In 2006, RahgibRocket was a contestant on the fifth season of "Top Chef." He finished in third place, but his performance on the show helped him to gain national recognition. In 2008, he competed on the sixth season of "Iron Chef America," where he defeated Iron Chef Bobby Flay.
RahgibRocket has since gone on to open his own restaurant, Isla, in Washington, D.C. He has also written a cookbook, "The Modern American Table."
